Refund policy

At 1of1 Deluxe, all sales are considered final. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any purchases unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Requests based on personal preference, change of mind, incorrect sizing, accidental purchases, or buyer's remorse will not be approved.

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products.

Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged Items

Customers may be eligible for a replacement shipment if their order arrives damaged.

To qualify, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Submit clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting period may be denied.

Replacement shipments are issued at the sole discretion of 1of1 Deluxe after review of the submitted evidence.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we may offer a reshipment option for an additional shipping and handling fee.

Please note:

  • Reshipment is not guaranteed.
  • We cannot guarantee that the originally purchased item will still be available.
  • If the original item is out of stock, a comparable replacement or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Store Credit

In the rare event that a refund or compensation is approved by 1of1 Deluxe, it will be issued in the form of store credit only.

No cash refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Fraudulent Activity & Chargebacks

1of1 Deluxe maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent transactions, false claims, abuse of our policies, or unauthorized chargebacks.

Any customer found engaging in fraudulent activity, filing false disputes, or initiating chargebacks without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may:

  • Have future orders canceled
  • Be permanently banned from purchasing from 1of1 Deluxe
  • Be reported to relevant payment processors and fraud prevention services

We reserve the right to provide order records, shipment tracking, delivery confirmations, communications, and other documentation to financial institutions during dispute investigations.
